I love a limited palette! Your paintings look great! And Greece sounds like so much fun. My husband is Greek, but the last time we went, I wasn’t a painter. You’re inspiring me to pull out my travel photographs and paint from them!

He does! He works closely with the Greek department at a local university here in Los Angeles who take students each summer to the island of Spetses, where his father was born. The last time we were in Athens, coincidentally one of my father's plays was being performed, so we went to see it. I didn't understand a word (it was literally all Greek to me) but it was still a fun adventure. You're going to have such a great time! I wish I could join.

Love that you start your workshops with a limited palette! I absolutely find it pushes my creativity in a new way and removes overthinking. It’s like painting an animal- to me there’s less of a right or wrong and you can just be free 🌸 always learning and expanding too!!!

Good comparison. It helps so much, taking away all the random possibilities. Being free is the best way to work.
