Thank you for sharing, Jennifer! I appreciate your real experiences and the fact you’re always learning and stretching. 🙌 Maybe you’ll lead a trip to San Miguel in the future?

To constantly push and learn can be so uncomfortable, but it makes change happen and that's what I'm looking for. Possible for a retreat here!!!

That seems so real that if you lift your pen you can get tight and think too much, great tip! Thanks for sharing, love the freshness and it reminded me of our lovely February visit to Portugal 2 years ago. Also wonderful culture.

Thanks so much, yes, once I started drawing quickly like that outdoors there is much more energy to the drawings!

Fantastic sketchbook pages, and I love the photo of all of you with your books! The 2-3 markers approach is so interesting; I love how the choices give each set of pages their own feeling. Thank for sharing!

Always inspiring, thank you Jennifer! As a fellow introvert, one of my goals this year is to get out and sketch in the world more. Each time I do get out and sketch it helps me be less judgemental of my work, knowing it's just an idea and most important for me is not being so self conscious drawing in public. I like the way you chose one marker too.

I have been to many places in Mexico, including SMA and CDMX so I know the joy you are feeling. Due to the political climate in the U.S. right now, perhaps more escapes and retreats outside the U.S. are in order for the next 4 years.

So true, I’m on my way home and I had an awful anxiety dream last night. It’s a nightmare.
